Frequently asked questions

What does a sworn translation cost?

The price follows from the language combination, not from the type of document. A standard document from Dutch into French, German or English costs €70 excluding VAT; rarer languages cost more. Documents outside our standard list carry €50 extra, and 21% VAT is added at checkout.

How do I recognise a sworn translation?

By the translator’s signature and stamp with their number from the national register, plus a statement that the translation is complete and faithful. The translation is attached to a copy of your source document.

How long does a sworn translation take?

Five working days as standard. Two to three working days with rush delivery (+50%) and under 24 hours with express (+100%). The clock starts once we have your document and payment.
