Frequently asked questions

Which documents can you sworn translate?
Fourteen documents fall under our standard rate, from a birth certificate to a criminal record extract. We also translate twenty-one other official papers such as diplomas, notarial deeds and powers of attorney; for those, €50 is added to the language-pair rate.

My document is not listed. Is it still possible?
Most likely yes. Choose "Other official documents" in the order form, or contact us with a short description; we will tell you whether we can translate it and what it costs before you pay anything.

Why does the price not depend on the document type?
Because the work is mostly in the language combination. A birth certificate from Dutch into French costs the same as a driving licence in that same pair. Only longer, specialist papers outside our standard list cost €50 more.
