These terms and conditions apply to all services of Royal Translations Belgium.
Royal Translations Belgium provides sworn translations, legalisations and apostilles. Orders are processed upon receipt of payment.
All prices are shown excluding VAT. Belgian VAT of 21% is added at checkout; the final amount you pay includes VAT. Payment is made in advance via the available payment methods. After payment, you receive a confirmation by email.
The standard delivery time is 5 working days. Rush and express options are available at an additional cost. Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.
Due to the nature of the service (bespoke translations), the right of withdrawal is excluded once the translation has been started.
Royal Translations Belgium guarantees the accuracy of translations. Complaints must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Belgium.
