A sworn translation is a translation made by a translator who has been sworn in by the court. This translation has legal validity and is accepted by government institutions, courts and embassies.
How long does a translation take?
The standard delivery time is 5 working days. With the rush option, you receive your translation within 2 working days, and with express within 24 hours.
Which documents can be translated?
We translate all types of official documents: birth certificates, marriage certificates, diplomas, driving licences, passports, criminal records, medical certificates, notarial deeds and more.
Which languages do you translate?
We offer translations from and to 46 languages, including all Belgian national languages (Dutch, French, German) and frequently requested languages such as English, Arabic, Polish and Romanian.
How much does a sworn translation cost?

How can I pay?
You can pay via iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, Apple Pay or PayPal. Payment is processed securely via Mollie.
Are my documents safe?
Yes, your documents are stored encrypted in a secure European environment and automatically deleted after delivery of the translation. We comply with the GDPR.
What is the difference between legalisation and apostille?
An apostille is a simplified form of legalisation valid in countries that have signed the Hague Apostille Convention. Legalisation via the embassy is needed for non-signatory countries.
